If there is any breakfast more sublime than a perfectly done fried egg I don’t know what it could be. All this needs is a crust of something to dip into that unctuous egg yolk. Something like whole wheat toast, an English muffin, or a buttermilk biscuit.
I like the idea of this dish, but I’d like the potatoes cooked a bit more or crunch and appearance. That would also create more contrast to the egg white.
If the word “voluptuous” can be used to describe a food photo, this chocolate hazelnut semifreddo deserves the tag.
Is there anything yummier than pizza for breakfast? The prosciutto on this pizza is a nice alternative to bacon. It looks sinful, but this is actually a nutritious meal.
